If you are ordering a Credit Report
Please prepare the following documents;

You will need to fax them to us after you place your order.

1 - Your Photo ID, Driver license, passport, or other government issued photo ID
Please ensure the copy is clear enough to read.

2 - Proof of rental properties.
i.e.) County Tax Assessors Bill or Escrow/Closing statement.

3 - Property Deed or Property Insurance or Utility Bill or Flood Certification or Title Insurance.

4 - Your tenant's signed consent to release their credit report (rental application). If you do not already have one, you may use our rental application form [pdf].

Please note that the credit bureau requires the consent to be specific to the credit report using the words “credit report” or “consumer report” in the consent.
